An article in Psychology Today states,
"A wide range of studies have shown that the stress caused by things like:
depression,
social isolation,
long-term unemployment,
anxiety attacks...
worrying about our kids or grandkids,
can speed-up the aging process by shortening the length of each DNA strand."
In my view, it is impossible to have no stress in our lives and emotional stress can speed Up Cellular aging.
We can learn to be stress-less and deal with our stress.

Whatever is happening in your life that causes you stress, think about it less. Don't dwell on it. If it's something you can't make go away take some quiet time to pray--non-believers can do a form of positive meditation that helps calm and to have a few moments of peace.
- Exercise might not remove the stress problem but it will help your body.
- Physical exercise can help your health and give you positive endorphins to boost you.
- Meditation can calm your mind and refocus your thoughts.
- As exercise will rev up your energy, meditation will bring you into a peaceful state.
Sometimes natural herbs can help when stress becomes too strong. I prefer this to some of the OTC drugs.
