Changing me has not gone as far or as fast as I intended. :-( At my age, how fast can I really go?
Steps 1 and 4 are still in the works. Making changes slowly.
Step 2 - continues to elude me. Started exercising, did something to my back and hip, the pain goes down my leg. Am working on upper body strength and some sitting yoga. Am starting each day with meditation, that's some change.
Steps 3 and 5 - they can be linked since part of a productive daily routine is mainly writing, for me, creative writing. I've done a little but not enough to be satisfactory.
Not sure if my lack of achievement is age, laziness, or not wanting to leave my 'comfort zone'.
Any advice or suggestions are welcome.

I think I have mentioned this before. But I am working from a spreadsheet. I like getting checkmarks for the things I get done every day. Intentional goal setting. I make a new copy each week. and every week, I try to get more points than the week before. It is a game, but for me, it works. Moving forward, little by little! j
